Dr Jonathan Cave
Jonathan Cave is a Principal Fellow in Economics at the University of Warwick and economist member of the UK Government’s Regulatory Policy Committee. He also works with the Information Assurance Advisory Council, the UK Scientific Advisory Council for exotic disease, the Workshop on the Economics of Information Security and the journal Cybersecurity. He is an applied game theorist with extensive research and consultancy experience in economics (financial, health, behavioural, regulatory), policy (design and assessment and evaluation in a range of domains – ICT, innovation, drugs, animal health and welfare, public health, information security) and related methodologies (game theory, econometrics, complexity, network theory). He has degrees from Yale, Cambridge and Stanford.
